Novabot Trade provides software for virtual trading strategy testing. It does not provide brokerage, investment, custody, or financial advisory services.

Trading activity, prices, balances, profits, losses, funding, and withdrawals within the simulation are virtual. No live brokerage orders or cryptocurrency transfers are performed. Verified platform-access subscription charges, if enabled, are separate from simulated account activity.

Simulated results may differ materially from real-world execution and do not predict or guarantee future results. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and using the platform lawfully.

Payment terms, cancellation and refund conditions, eligibility, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute processes must be reviewed and completed for the actual service before launch.
